Looking to go fast? Sprint segments on Zwift are typically flatter, faster, shorter stretches which include leaderboards, leader’s jerseys, and HoloReplay functionality. If you can put out big watts for short intervals, sprint segments are where you can top a leaderboard and grab a temporary leader jersey.
Below you’ll find a master list of every sprint segment on Zwift. Click a sprint for details including routes using that segment, recon notes, ZwiftPower leaderboards, and more.
A word about accuracy: as much as possible, we’ve used Zwift’s in-game numbers for the segments listed. Strava data may differ slightly.

Perfect Eric! Love it.
Who is the first to create an excel sheet with segments, times, PRs links to strava segments etc? 😉
not sure about other sprinters, but Fuego Flats Reverse (7.1k) seems a little long to go all out.
Hahaha Austen … you only need a bigger lead-out train … so round about 100 riders 🤣
More like a TT
At under 1K, the Watopia Wall KOM climb right outside of downtown Watopia is a sprint if you do it under 2 minutes unassisted. It’s the closest thing to a track kilo in Zwift, only it’s worse because the pain lasts twice as long.
Grades of a “forward” sprint and the reverse of that same sprint are not (always) inverse values?
Do we ride in an Escher print??
That’s not how forward/reverse works in Zwift. Both forward and reverse end at the same banner, but come at it from opposite directions. So yes, they’ll generally have different gradients, etc. Because they’re totally different roads.
I didn’t know that Fuego Flats long was considered a sprint… Guess its one of those segments that’s a little long for a sprint, but it’s not a loop and it’s not a KOM so they call it a sprint.
Correct. I mention that on the writeup for that segment, on its detail page. Just feels weird not to include it here, since the segment in the other direction is included.
