About the Design
Our kit arrived in Zwift in February 2022:
It includes the phrases “RIDE SMARTER” on the right leg, “RIDE HARDER” on the left, and “DIG DEEPER” on the lower back. The jersey uses portions of the Watopia map as a watermark/pattern on the back and front.
The IRL version of nearly identical to the in-game kit, although colors have been tweaked a bit:
You’ve Got Options
We’re offering the kit in three different styles:
- Le Col’s “Club” collection “offers a relaxed fit, which is practical whatever the style of riding.” This is the perfect kit for riders looking for looser, more casual kit.
- Le Col’s “Elite” collection “suits riders looking for a close fit and supportive feel on their ride.” This is your go-to “race fit” kit.
- Le Col’s “Pro Air” collection is made from lightweight, breathable mesh fabrics for optimal cooling indoors and outside in the heat. The best indoor kit we’ve ever tested (read our recent review)!
All three options above are available in men’s and women’s versions.
A Solid Deal
Le Col prices their custom kits competitively, so you’re able to get high-quality custom club kit at a great price compared to retail pricing. Two examples, taken from the indoor kit which we love so much:
- Pro Air Jersey retails for $170, Zwift Insider’s pro air jersey is ~$113.
- Pro Indoor Bibs retail for $225, Zwift Insider’s indoor kit is ~$133.

I love the ZI kit in game and already ordered my IRL kit! I am looking forward to bragging with it on the streets:-)
I received my IRL kit a few weeks ago. The quality is Le Col superb; especially the bibs are fantastic. From my point of view the colours (in particular the blue) are not so dark in comparison to the in game kit. The orange and white applications are very bright so that the kit has a very stylish look. Family, friends and passers-by agree that this is the coolest kit they ever saw 🙂

The kit looks great but the conversion rate to Canadian dollars is out of my budget.
Not a single IRL picture of the jersey and each variant is the same digital render. You are e gonna have to be a pretty big fan of Zwift Insider to blindly drop a couple of hundred dollars on clothing you can’t even see the real thing.
I am guessing there is no pic of an IRL kit because this is a custom order, the way many IRL clubs submit orders. The vendor won’t spin up production to make one or two for pre-production because it would be too expensive. The pricing Eric has made available would appear to be really good, compared to what most would otherwise pay at retail. If he is proud of the images, and they cleared the vendors’ design department, I will bet the IRL kits turn out really well and very close to what you see in the pics apart from material differences, not significant differences in the colors. Who knows – they could even turn out better.
What John says is correct. This is just a custom kit order, like a bike club would do.
But after this first run, I’ll have an IRL pic for ya. 🙂 Maybe we’ll do a second round of orders at some point. Maybe!

I recently received an IRL Wahoo cycling jersey and was deeply disappointed by an otherwise superb jersey for one silly reason: the race-fit jersey fit great EXCEPT the jersey is more than two inches shorter than my regular race-fit Italian jerseys (think Castelli). So my skin is exposed when I am leaned over on the bike. I have never seen this in any jersey I have ever purchased in the last 30+ years of cycling. Yeah – problem for Wahoo. Please tell me yours are sized with a normal length typical of every major brand, and not another Wahoo-sized jersey. I want to support!
Oops…I need to edit this comment: it was not a Wahoo jersey I was complaining about, rather an IRL Zwift jersey.
Shame about the ugly giant logo on the back, would have been quite a nice design otherwise. The logo on the front is discrete and tasteful; the one on the back…. not so much.
I think the logo is clever. However it does kind of put a big target on one’s back doesn’t it? I think moving the logo on the back of the jersey to one of the pockets and moving the phrase “Dig Deeper” higher on the jersey might help a lot. I agree, tasteful, and discrete help a lot. Advertising need not be so “in your face.”
Does anyone have some real-life sizing advice for this kit? Given it’s a custom order, no exchanges. Since I’ve never tried on Le Col’s kit before, no idea of fit. Similar to Assos? Gore? Giordana?
How can i get one in game
Has anyone heard of any systematic issues with this order? I ask because while I take a large size in most cycling kits, in this case I received large bib shorts and an XXS sleeveless top. Probably my mistake…although I’ve got a closet full of ‘successful’ kit orders over the years. Thanks!
