This four-event series happens on Thursdays beginning March 26th and ending April 16th. Along the way riders will get to test different Cervélo rigs on different routes, with a final race where riders can bring whatever bike they’d like.

This sounds pretty cool ! Really looking foward to trying new bikes virtually because that is the only way I can afford them 🙂
Lets hope there are a lot of possible times to complete it as opposed to some previous tours because a specific 4×1 day is otherwise very hard to fit in most people’s life schedule(hectic). See you in the Jungle !
So many events! But I’m guessing we’re not getting national championships this year?
Wahoo! I have Cervelos. Love to promote them whenever I can. Sounds like fun, want that kit!
Yes, so many events. Hard to keep track of them all. Do you think you could collect all of the event posts under one category? The “racing and group rides” category gets flooded with other stuff.
Best would be “active and upcoming events” but just to dump all events into one place would help alot.
I rode stage 1 yesterday, received the confirmation-mail for finishing it, referring to the new cervelo-jersey that should be in my garage. But the day after, this new jersey is nowhere to be found. Anyone else has the same problem, or did you all get it?
Same problem.
Same issue as well.
Received my jersey today after completing stage 2 🙂
Would there be make up days, missed the announcement 🙁
It would be interesting to do a follow up to see what bikes the winners from each category chose. Is it possible that an A rider may not need/want the same tool as a D rider?
Scheduled to ride the 4th round later today. Anyone know whether we will be allowed to swap bikes mid-ride (for the climb out of the jungle, of course)? I assume so but would love to have confirmation from the savvy ZwiftInsiders who have already done it . . . If not, I might choose something different at the start from what I would pick if I can swap.
I highly doubt it, since these events force you onto the Cervelo bike for the event.
They claim that for this week you can choose any bike in your garage. So I guess I will see. In re-reading the recommendations for the Road to Ruins, it seems that using an aero rig is the fastest way to get around anyway, so switching to a MTB at the base of the jungle climb would only be a bonus.
Update: Yes, they allowed us to use any bike and to swap. (But my iPad fritzed with 7km to go and I got booted from the event. Finished the route but will have to petition for credit for the 4th of 4 rides.)
