Zwifters love a good Strava challenge, and we’re also big fans of discounts and prize drawings! It’s rare that we see a Strava challenge sponsored by Zwift, but on Saturday a new one went live: the Zwift: Hub Challenge.
Completing the Challenge
Completing the challenge is quite easy: just ride 25km between Jan 14 and Jan 29, 2023. Qualifying activities include Handcycle Rides, Outdoor Rides, and Virtual Rides.
Your Reward
Finishing the challenge earns you a unique digital badge in Strava (of course) but also a coupon code for $50/£50 off the new Zwift Hub trainer (retail price $500USD). That’s 10% off what’s already the most affordable direct-drive smart trainer on the market!

Completing the challenge also gets you entered to win an indoor training prize bundle worth $1,500/£1,220 which includes:
- Zwift Hub smart trainer
- Tablet computer with stand
- Fan
- Training mat
Note: the giveaway is only for riders 16 years old or older. See prize drawing terms and conditions for details.
Redeeming Your Reward
Once you finish the challenge, you should receive an email with a link to redeem your reward. You can also just visit the challenge page and click “Redeem Reward” to register with Zwift to get your coupon code. Here are the three steps to get that $50 discount through Strava’s site:

my coupon code only works for Europe but I want to order it to EU. What can I do?
After seeing the various forums flooded with user complaints about the Zwift hub, I think I’d pay $50 *not* to have to use one 😉
I’m just curious, what forums did you read? I’m doubting between the cheap Zwift Hub or a Kickr v5 (which is better of course, but its price tag would mean I’d wait until next winter)
Hello from Spain, does anyone have the 50e discount code to buy the hub and that you are not going to use it? [email protected]
