Trainer difficulty should be at 100% always.
If you pay a trainer that costs 1k and only use 50% of it’s capacity, it’s a bit of a waste of money.

I know this is very controversial but I have never been IRL to ride and to suddenly decide, oh I can’t be bothered for a tough Alpes so i’ll go with a 50% climb
