Simon, Shane, and Nathan convene for another hour-plus of Zwift chat.

Throughout this episode Simon, Shane, and Nathan discuss the biggest and most significant aspects of last episode’s interview with Zwift CEO, Eric Min. Amongst the subjects forensically analysed and discussed are the pace of development on the platform, Eric’s unusual comment about “digital destinations”, and the state of play with trainer manufacturers’ innovation.

Simon also chats to Ella Harris, the NZ winner of the Zwift Academy who is now making a name for herself winning IRL races.

Simon used to live in Yorkshire, but now he spends much of his time in the cycling paradise of Girona and the surrounding area, in Catalonia, Spain. In a previous life he was a journalist and TV producer, spending a career both in front of, but much longer behind, a camera and a microphone. After signing up as User No 10 at Zwift, Simon conjured up the first ever video review of the upstart new platform and later wondered if there was enough going on in Watopia to interest an audience. One hundred episodes and 1.2 million podcast downloads later, he had an answer. Now a little longer in the tooth and stiffer of limb than he used to be, Simon is still pretty much at his happiest in the saddle.
