Route Description
This route begins with a 2.8km lead-in from downtown Watopia, with the official route start (and finish) line at the JWB Sprint Reverse banner just after crossing the bridge. So you will climb up from downtown, hold your position through the twisty Esses, then descend to the JWB for a fast sprint to kick off the route proper.
After the starting sprint, you’ll pass over the Italian Villas’ cobbles and descend the Dirty Sorpressa (just as dusty but not nearly as painful in this direction). Cross the land bridge and hang two lefts to begin a Jarvis Island clockwise loop, which takes you through the Jarvis Sprint Reverse followed by the Jarvis KOM Reverse.
Over the top through the ride-through tree, you’ll proceed on the descent past the Banjo Cafe and Queen Mary, then exit Jarvis and turn left to head through the Volcano to start working on the second half of our Seaside Sprint lap.
You’re almost there. Just cross the glass bridge, over the Esses once again, and down into another blazing-fast JWB Sprint Reverse. The arch’s banner is the route finish line!
