Great podcast. They prescribed 4 zone 2 sessions a week at 1 hour each to move the mitochondrial needle. What if you can only get 4 rides in a week. Is it more critical that they be 4 different sessions or could it be 4 hours at zone 2 total a week? For example, 2 sessions at 1 hour and a third session at 2 hours. Any way to contact them to get this answer?
