Pace Partner Schedule Updated for Rapha Festive 500

We’ve just received word that the Pace Partner schedule has been specially modified to help Zwifters rack up the kilometers with friends during the Rapha Festive 500. That’s right: ZwiftHQ has given us an early Christmas present, placing two popular Pace Partners on nicely flat routes!

Through January 1, 2022 at 4pm PST, Pace Partners will be on the following routes:

*Please note that Makuri Islands is only available on 12/24 and 12/28-12/31. See guest world schedule.

This change was partially put into place to support the WBR500 event on December 30th. Be sure to read all about this huge fundraiser, and participate in any way you can!

Riding with Pace Partners will help you accumulate lots of Drops and Ride Ons, as well as distance toward you Festive 500 goal. But if you want this year’s Festive 500 in-game kit, you’ll need to join an official event! Learn more >

I’m pretty sure the bots run every day on Makuri. So you can always world hack or meetup or event your way there to join a pace partner.

Last Christmas all riders had a Christmas hat if I remember correctly! Why wasn’t there anything festive related this year? Anyone know? Thanks

Totally agree. My girlfriend is in the same situation. Dan is a bit too slow and Clara too fast. The jump between the 2 is too great

You could always use a different bike. The other day I rode with Coco on a gravel bike and averaged 3.0 – 3.1 w/kg. So yeah, get a slower bike to work a bit harder. =)

I can usually do 1.9-2.2 about 10meters ahead of Coco. Then if I want 2.5-3 just get on the front. There are people up there going just slighly faster but working A LOT harder so it’s all in the position. Behind her is the worst. I think people are dropping back…

Is there any chance of a 2.0 pace partner being added? That is such a huge jump from 1.5-2.5, us slower people really need an in between to ramp up
