Great podcast. This is a very important topic to discuss. As a male I got sucked into the low carb keto craze and dropped a substantial amount of weight. the trade off was I became afraid to eat and would scrutinize my meals, skip meals and ignored my health. I ended up lethargic and unable to train. I realized I had disordered eating and needed to embrace food and my own body. I’m much better now, and healthy and enjoying my training without the worry of weight. I like the comment, push bigger numbers, not lose the weight. Thanks again for addressing this important subject
Proud of what my cousin Eloise has achieved. She had a very difficult time as a teenager. Huge honesty from her. Please take time to listen to this podcast.
