Route Description

We begin in Watopia’s downtown start pens, turning right to head over to the Volcano. After crossing the glass tube bridge, you’ll turn left onto the Volcano Circuit to begin riding it in a clockwise direction.

Once you ride through the lap arch, you’ve begun you first of four full laps. Pound out those laps, and if you’re feeling good, see if you can negative split your times, getting faster each lap! (The leaderboard will show your times.)

After finishing the fourth lap, you’ll turn left into Jarvis, then right to begin the Jarvis loop in a CCW direction. This is the last bit of the route, and it finishes with a climb up the Jarvis KOM, ending at the arch in the drive-thru tree!

Once you finish, go ahead and coast down to sea level. It’s some easy distance, and you’ve earned it.

Very similar to Scotland After Party. I enjoy these circuit routes.

My escalation issues won’t allow me to do any laps of the volcano circuit unless it’s 100 of them for the achievements up to and including that! 😆

Will there also be a route badge for that route ? As in achievements I mean. I don’t see it in there yet, or will that be put in with the next update ?

It’s already there. Event only route badges are hidden until you get them.

But there is a work around for that so you can still see the hidden badges and that one isnt shown here. I can see the Richmond Rollercoaster and Innsbruck KOM After Party they added this release, but not this one.

Weird that it doesnt show in the ingame badge section. I can see all I havent dopne grayed out, including No Sleep Till Brooklyn and Innsbruck KOM After Party, but this Hot Laps isnt there.

This is getting hard to keep track to do them all…

You can ride it right now and get the badge. I’ve done just that.

Concerning “Event Only” routes: I am unable to create group rides for my club using “Event Only” routes, yet I see other clubs have that ability. What are the requirements for a club to be able to create events using “Event Only” routes.

not a bad vo2 workout if u take the third lap as recovery….otherwise its just a roughly 20min time trial with some rest before the kom….strange they call it a vo2 workout considering you finish each lap and immediately start the next…

My plan is 2 warmup laps, then 3rd all out hot-lap, Rest till the KOM and all out again.
