This short climb follows the route of the historic first stage of the 2024 Tour de France from the hamlet of Strada San Zeno up to the peak of Monte Delle Forche.
It’s historic for two reasons: as the first-ever Italian Grand Depart in history, and as the climbiest opening Tour stage ever. (Before 2024, no Grand Depart has included more than 3,600 meters of climbing. This stage has 3,800!)
The climb itself is rather unremarkable – not very steep, and quite short. But it’s the smallest of the seven climbs riders will face in the stage.
Typically we include a real-life Strava segment corresponding to Zwift’s in-game climb, but we could find no such segment for Côte des Forche.
