I’ve been a Clif Bar fan for years. After testing various nutritional strategies for long rides, I discovered that a Clif Bar per hour, plus water, gets me through 2-5 hour steady rides quite nicely.
And I’ve confirmed these results over countless miles and centuries, both on Zwift and outdoors. In fact, I’m quite sure I’ve eaten my weight in Clif Bars several times over.
My favorite flavor, you ask? Blueberry Crisp, of course. Nothing better. Works at 6am. Still tasty in the afternoon. Got a bit of crunch to it, plus that lovely blueberry taste.
(But I’m also a fan of Chocolate Chunk with Sea Salt, Sierra Trail Mix, and Dark Chocolate Almond with Sea Salt.)
Just don’t make me eat another White Chocolate Macadamia or Chocolate Chip bar. Or any of the holiday Gingerbread flavors. Because I’ve had way too many of those, since they’re the only ones I find on sale at Costco or after Christmas.
Because I’m a Clif Bar cheapskate, you see. They regularly sell for $1.35 or more, but I like 95 cents or less.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the Blueberry one up here that I know of.
Favourites would be as you mentioned, the Chocolate Chunk with Sea Salt, Sierra Trail Mix, and Dark Chocolate Almond with Sea Salt (which I literally just finished one when I saw this post). Also a fan of the Crunchy Peanut Butter.
The White Chocolate Macadamia I find to be a bit too sweet for me.
I buy mine either at the grocery store when they’re on sale, or on Amazon, as they usually go for about $12. In fact, just putting an order in now, $25 CAD for two boxes (and Amazon does have the Blueberry, first time I’ve seen it ….. but, the seller is charging $46 CAD for a box)

Costco sells combo boxes that include the peanut butter ones, so I’ve eaten a LOT of those. But it’s still a good flavor. The other Costco ones (Chocolate Chip and White Choc Macadamia) I only eat when I have to, because I’m so tired of the flavors. Never liked the White Choc one much anyway…
I’m tempted to buy the Blueberry one off of Amazon, as a special treat. It will probably be up this way soon (same thing happened with the Banana, was on Amazon for a bit before showing up in _some_ stores).
Scratch that. Did just find the Blueberry for just under $13 CAD a case. Bought two. Will have to wait a couple of weeks as it’s being shipped from the UK (free shipping).
Oh, and just looked up the Clif Shots. They’re $31.20USD for a case of 24 (or almost $40CAD). However, if you’re in Canada, you can go to SportChek (and maybe elsewhere), and get them for $1.04CAD ($0.83USD) each.

No delivery to UK despite the website saying they do! Most of the bars aren’t available from UK suppliers. It’s a shame Clif don’t supply the UK with the full range.
