Time Estimates
The Platzerwasel is located in France’s Vosges mountains (near the German border, hence the name) and has been used only a handful of times in the Tour de France.
In 2023 it was featured as the final climb (stage 20) of the Tour, while in 2022’s Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift Annemiek van Vleuten used the climb to seize control of the race.
IRL races up this climb typically carry on further than the top of Zwift’s segment to the flatter summit.
