Richard Vale

Sport and exercise are at the heart of everything the Vales do in house, but it took the best part of 40 years before cycling became part of it. It’s been transformational physically, mentally and socially both indoor and in the real world of mountains. Then in 2019, Richard wanted to make a difference and bring something new to the Zwift platform, and conceived Flamme Rouge Racing. He is married to Hayley who is equally an exercise and cycling nut, with 2 children and 2 dogs, and FRR wouldn't be what it is without their support.
